Terms of Service


By engaging GS Auto Central for vehicle repair or maintenance, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Authorization of Work
    By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorize GS Auto Central to perform the repairs described in the
    estimate. This includes the operation of the vehicle for testing, inspection, and delivery purposes.
  2. Estimates and Revisions
    Estimates are valid for 30 days. If, during the course of repair, we discover additional necessary work
    exceeding the original estimate by more than 10%, we will seek your verbal or written authorization
    before proceeding.
  3. Payment and Mechanic’s Lien
    Payment in full is required before the vehicle is released. GS Auto Central reserves the right to a
    Mechanic’s Lien on any vehicle for which service charges remain unpaid. We reserve the right to
    retain possession of the vehicle until all charges are cleared.
  4. Storage Fees
    Vehicles not picked up within three (3) business days of notification that repairs are complete will be
    subject to a daily storage fee of $50.00 (or as locally regulated), unless prior arrangements have been
    made.
  5. Parts and Warranty
    New Parts: Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and our standard labor guarantee (e.g., 12
    months/12,000 miles).
    Customer-Supplied Parts: We generally do not install customer-supplied parts. If we do, we
    provide NO WARRANTY on the part or the labor associated with it.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    GS Auto Central is not responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle or articles left in the vehicle in case
    of fire, theft, or any other cause beyond our control. Please remove all valuables before leaving your
    vehicle.
